The “Clubs” in this listing are venues that serve alcohol. Some function as restaurants or cafés; some as bars or pubs. They operate in the evenings, with a headline performer and sometimes a supporting act. Because of the service of alcohol, these venues are for those aged 21 and older. Mixed with the clubs listings, the “Other” venues listed here include auditoriums, concert halls, community halls, theatres and any other public space that presents folk music. The occasional non-licensed café or listening room calls itself a club. They will be listed here. |
