Municipal docks at Prescott Park

Prescott Park facilities include two municipal docks for public mooring of boats up to 55 feet, visitor parking lot at the north end of the park, a concession stand (open during concerts and performances only), two sets of public restrooms (one set handicapped accessible), three boardwalk piers for strolling, relaxing and fishing, and Four Tree Island, with its own public restrooms, and pavilions for picnicking and grilling.

A fee is charged for docking at Prescott Park. To view the fee schedule and regulations, please visit City of Portsmouth Prescott Park Docks.
Online bookings are available through Dockwa, or by phoning the dockhouse at: 603-498-6816.

The Four Tree Island grills and picnic area are available at no charge, on a walk-in basis. There is one large grill for use by groups, with reservations required. To book this grill and pavilion, please visit City of Portsmouth Four Tree Island or phone the Office of the City Clerk: (603) 610-7208.

Restrooms on the Island are open seasonally, weather permitting, daylight hours only. Because vehicles are prohibited on Four Tree Island, you should make plans to bring your equipment and foodstuffs in by hand or by hand-trolley or wagon. Parking for the Island is in the Peirce Island parking lot opposite the public boat launch. Four Tree Island is at the end of a short causeway.
